The NeuroH Method significantly reduces your anxiety within 2-4 sessions

Anxiety | Panic | Phobias | Stress | Burnout | Emotional Dysregulation

A personalised, blended therapy approach to reducing fear, anxiety and the patterns that can keep you stuck

The NeuroH Method

Significantly reduce anxiety, fear and panic, often within 2–4 sessions and begin restoring calm, confidence and clarity.

Helping you move from surviving to living, and from fear towards greater calm, confidence and choice.

Many clients notice a shift within their first session, with meaningful changes often beginning within the first few sessions.

Many people experience anxiety in ways that go far beyond simply feeling worried.

Your heart may race. You might feel shaky, sick, dizzy, disconnected or overwhelmed. You may become highly aware of physical sensations, constantly scan your body for signs of danger, or feel an urgent need to escape.

You may begin to fear the fear itself.

Perhaps you worry about having another panic attack, becoming unwell, losing control, being embarrassed, being trapped or not being able to cope.

Over time, your life can begin to change around those fears.

You might avoid driving, travelling, supermarkets, restaurants, social situations or places where you feel you cannot easily escape. You may stop doing things you once enjoyed, decline invitations or organise your life around trying to feel safe.

And perhaps the most frustrating part is that you know logically that you are safe, yet something inside you continues to react as though you are in danger. This is where the Neuroh Method may be able to help.

What Is the NeuroH Method?

A personalised, blended approach developed from more than 14 years of professional training and practical experience.

It draws from a range of therapeutic, coaching and mind-body approaches to help address the interconnected thoughts, emotions, physical responses and behavioural patterns associated with anxiety, fear and emotional difficulties.

Rather than applying the same technique to everyone, I look at you as an individual.

We consider your experiences, symptoms, thoughts, emotions, physical responses, behaviours and the patterns you would like to change.

For some people, a difficulty may be connected to a particular distressing experience.

For others, anxiety or fear may have developed gradually through repeated experiences, prolonged stress, relationships, childhood experiences, learned responses or circumstances that have shaped the way you respond today.

You may understand perfectly well that you are safe, yet your body and emotions may continue to respond as though you are not.

The NeuroH Method works with these interconnected responses to help you move towards greater calm, confidence, freedom and choice.

You do not necessarily need to spend months or years analysing the past before you can begin making changes.

The work is focused on understanding what is happening now, identifying what may be maintaining the problem and using the approaches most appropriate for you.

How Does It Work?

Step 1 — A Free 20-Minute Consultation

The process begins with a free, no-obligation 20-minute telephone consultation.

This allows us to talk about what you are experiencing, answer your questions and explore whether my approach is appropriate for you.  There is no pressure to commit to anything.

Step 2 — The Initial Sessions

If we decide that working together is appropriate, we begin with a focused programme of sessions tailored to your individual needs.

Each session provides the time and space to understand what you need support with and begin working towards meaningful change.  For many people, positive changes can begin relatively early in the process.

Step 3 — Review & Continue Only If Needed

There is no requirement to commit to a long-term programme.  For some people, the initial work may provide the changes they were looking for.  For others, the original difficulty may be connected to deeper experiences, beliefs, emotional responses or long-standing patterns.

Where appropriate, further sessions can provide an opportunity to work with these additional layers.

Continuation sessions are available as and when needed.  Please take a look at NeuroH+ below.

The intention is not to keep you in therapy unnecessarily, but to provide the level of support that is appropriate for you.

A Personalised Approach

There is no standard treatment plan because there is no standard person, but there is a next step after the 2 initial sessions.  Your experiences, history, responses and goals are unique to you.

I draw from the approaches I have trained in and select what appears most appropriate for your individual circumstances rather than automatically applying the same technique to everyone.

For experiences that are particularly traumatic or difficult to revisit, I may use a no-content approach where appropriate.

This means you do not necessarily have to repeatedly describe, analyse or relive distressing experiences in order to work towards change.  Your wellbeing and sense of safety remain central throughout the process.

What Might Change?

Reducing anxiety and fear can create space for change in other areas of life.

As you become less governed by automatic fear responses, avoidance or old patterns, you may begin to experience:

  • Greater confidence

  • Increased self-trust

  • Greater emotional resilience

  • More freedom in everyday choices

  • Improved self-awareness

  • Greater sense of control

  • Improved self-worth

  • Healthier boundaries

  • Greater willingness to participate in life

  • More confidence in facing situations that previously felt overwhelming

For some people, reducing anxiety is only the beginning. When fear and old emotional patterns occupy less mental and emotional space, there may be an opportunity to explore relationships, career, ambitions, purpose, and the things that genuinely matter to you.
