I came to Jane with issues caused by a breakdown in my relationship, causing severe anxiety and panic attacks. It became apparent that this was due to underlying trauma responses because of past abuse. Jane helped me uncover the traumas slowly and delicately and I was able to regulate my emotions and think with more clarity and this ultimately saved my relationship. It took just 6 weeks to get to this stage and yes there is still work to be done, but it’s a slow process and as explained it’s a lot like grief where I have to go at my own pace and can’t be rushed. Jane was professional, friendly and helpful. Thank you Jane, I feel like me again Anon – Female 46
I’d had counselling for 6 weeks before finding Jane but was still experiencing severe anxiety. I agreed to a 6-week course and was surprised that by the second session I was already able to do things I hadn’t managed in a long time. Jane helped me identify the root issue, and from there we worked through it using different techniques. By session 3 I noticed a significant reduction in my anxiety, which continued to improve through sessions 4 and 5. I was also given practical tools to use at home, and by session 5 I felt I no longer needed the final session. I had thought I’d already dealt with the issue in previous counselling, but it turned out to be rooted much deeper in long-held emotions. I’m incredibly grateful for the support in helping me move forward. Male- South Wales
Quite simply Jane gets me and is filling in the gaps I didn’t even realise I had. She has been my find of the year!" Sue-Surrey
Ive had anxiety and panic attacks for years, to the point where I was uncomfortable leaving the house before finding Jane, I’d already had two panic attacks and rushed to a & e, no idea why? the medications I was on, wasn’t helping and I felt helpless and my confidence was at rock bottom. I signed up for a 6-week course of rapid therapies with Jane and by session 5, I didn’t need anymore help, During the 5 weeks, I’d been taken off of one set of meds and by the 5th week, I was being weaned off by my doctor for the 2nd set. Life is so much more manageable now and I’m very thankful to Jane for all of her help Anon- Carmarthenshire
Jane has been an immense help towards my self development. Jane is very professional, respectful, warm and highly experienced. From the first session, she explained everything in great details and sought consent before proceeding. She made me feel at ease and was non judgmental as it was my first time talking about certain areas where I struggle in. I have noticed significant improvement since starting this journey with Jane especially with the tools she provided at the end of each session to help cope with the struggles I face in my day to day life, it was also rewarding to discuss at the next session how I had been able to implement the new learned skills in my daily life. I have found the sessions personally helpful and moving forward I feel confident to take on any changes which may happen in the future as I have a more positive outlook on life". Zoe-Cornwall
Jane is a wonderful therapist who really helped me while I was going through a difficult time. I felt like she valued my input and we worked together to decide what would be best to discuss each week. When I joined better help I thought I’d see how it went and if it didn’t help at least I would know that I had tried. I’m happy to say that it did help and I couldn’t have asked for a better therapist". Anne- UK
Working with Jane has been very enjoyable, she’s so easy to work with as she has a lot of experience in the coaching field and there have been a lot of ‘light bulb’ moments when marketing my business. I would recommend Jane’s coaching, because I have gained so much confidence and new knowledge on how I should be running my own business, as Jane says, ‘I am the CEO’ of my business, but I hadn’t been acting like one, I take my business more serious now, as this is my present and future income. Jane has helped me to understand my true value by changing my mindset with regards to money, sometimes I had struggled to put a price on what I offer, quite often under-valuing my own knowledge, qualifications and expertise. If you want someone to help guide you in the right direction, then Jane is the coach for you. Jane is friendly, funny, but able to guide you and hold you accountable for your actions or ‘non-actions’, Jane wants me to be successful and will help every step of the way, but I know it is a two-way street and must be willing to put the work in. I always looked forward to our weekly sessions and check-ins to make sure I was on track. Permission to share – Sheila, Telford
"Jane is truly brilliant! She helped me massively in such a short period of time, she kept returning to the reason I went to her in the first place and made that the core of every session. I feel so much better since working with her and would love to work with her again if I ever need to. Thank you! Chloe – Hampshire

"After losing my son, I was living a half life since, if that. I felt guilty about doing the things that we used to do together. Instead I chose to stay in and say no to friends and family invitations. Jane really helped me release the guilt and see things from a different angle. Jane helped me remember my son, our relationship and the pure joy that we used to share and that by continuing to have fun and LIVE was paying homage to his memory. He wouldn't have wanted it any other way. I will never ever forget my son and the daily sadness of his loss, but at least I can focus on the wonderful memories shared" Anon- UK
I’m very grateful to work with Jane, who has been a fantastic therapist, one who I can’t praise or recommend highly enough. Jane listened to all my concerns and was always very understanding and helped me shift from the slump I was in, to a much better place. I think one of the best parts of my therapy with Jane is the fact that she always gave me the opportunity to talk about what mattered most to me each week. Both my personal and professional lives are moving in a better direction and that’s largely thanks to Jane’s guidance and help, and for that I’m truly grateful" Rob – Hampshire
Working with Jane over the last few months has really helped reframe thinking patterns and behaviours that have challenged me for years. Jane's friendly, attentive and thoughtful therapy style (and expertise in a range of techniques) have not only helped me to deal with stressful situations, but have also allowed me to reconsider priorities in my life while also building the inner confidence to make changes. I would strongly recommend working with" ANON-Online
I am due to get married and the thought of walking down the aisle with all eyes on me was terryfying me, to the point where I was frightened I may not get married at all. During my first session with Jane, something totally unexpected came up and we worked with that. By the second session, there was nothing to work on! If anything, I was excited and looking forward to my wedding. Jane was really lovely to work with, and I'm still a little in disbelief what the problem was afterall, totally random. Thanks Jane Anon - South Wales
