The Professional Side
I have more than 14 years of professional training and experience supporting people experiencing anxiety, panic, phobias, agoraphobia, stress, emotional overwhelm, burnout, low mood and trauma-related difficulties.
I also understand, on a personal level, how frightening and exhausting it can be when fear, anxiety and overwhelming physical and emotional responses begin to affect everyday life.
Sometimes you can appear completely fine on the outside while internally feeling exhausted from managing your thoughts, emotions, physical symptoms or fears.
You may have become very good at hiding how you feel simply because you have had to keep going.
I understand that experience of feeling stuck and wanting things to change.
My approach is warm, friendly, personalised and non-judgemental. I take the time to understand the individual behind the symptoms and explore what may be keeping you feeling stuck. From there, I draw on the approaches most appropriate to you, your circumstances and your goals.
